Shipping/Order Pickup

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.  We usually ship items the following business day.  If a tracking number is generated, the customer receives that information by email.

If an item is returned, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Free Order Pickup is available.

We offer Museum pickup at the main building (NEC) at 11 West Jones St. Raleigh, NC 27601.  It is NOT our building with the giant globe, it is the one with the glass atrium full of dinosaurs.  Call us when you arrive.

Choose Pickup in the checkout page.  You will receive an email when your order is ready.  Call us to schedule a pickup time, and bring your email to pick up your items.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.  If you wish to Pickup sooner, please call us at (919) 707-9854 after you complete your purchase and we will pull your order as soon as possible.
